Experience the Race that Stops the Nation

The Melbourne Cup is Australia's most famous annual thoroughbred horse race held on the first Tuesday in November as part of the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival. First run in 1861 and won by Phar Lap in 1930, it is the richest two-mile handicap in the world and is known locally as 'the race that stops the nation'. You will be able to experience first hand the glamour and excitement of the Cup at its home, Flemington Racecourse and even have the opportunity for a photo with the trophy. A free train service will take you to and from Southern Cross station and our friendly volunteers will be on hand at the stations to guide you to the train.

Cost of event is AUD$180.00

Transport to and from the venue is provided by a free train service.

'Ticket prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (10%) and TryBooking transaction fees.'
