Tour Terms & Conditions

These tours are designed by Arinex Pty Ltd (license No. 2TA001144) and are for participating delegates and accompanying persons of the Rotary International Convention 2023.

All sightseeing tours include informative English-speaking commentary, all entry fees and meals where specified. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended for all tours. For any outdoor tours we recommend that participants bring sun protection cream, sunhat, and sunglasses.

All tours are based on a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not reached, alternative arrangements or a complete refund will be provided. Places on all tours are limited and will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of payment. 

Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Rotary International (RI) Convention Official Tour Provider at [email protected] 

Day Tours Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable as at 12 April 2023

Pre and Post Tours Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable as at 25 February 2023

Airfares
Domestic airfares are not included (unless otherwise stated) in the ground cost of pre and post tours. It is strongly recommended that you travel on the suggested flights to ensure you receive all components of the tour.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be arranged by individual delegates.
